INSTA- RUNAWAY READY CONTOUR KIT by BOBBIE COSMETICS Review

I am not a make-up artist. I am not an expert with make-up. Whenever I go out, I just usually apply foundation, blush on and a lipstick. But I want to try something new so I bought this:

Packaging

 

The packaging is pretty nice. It's color gold that has a window so you can see the shades included in the kit.  

I am not an expert so I don't really know what's the perfect shade for a contour kit but I immediately bought it anyway. ha ha! The kit also have a plastic cover so it is really sealed.

The Inside

Tadaaaa! haha! I am actually impressed because I didn't expect that it has a little long mirror inside.The kit is made up of powder. The smell of each shade is not bad that you cannot smell it unless you place your nose near the kit. It smells like a foundation powder. So, it has 4 shades. I will name them as: Highlighter, Brown, Blush and Black. (since there is no name for each shade that is written in the kit)

Now let's start with the Highlighter.

HIGHLIGHTER

I like this highlighter, really. My sister who tried it likes it too. It's very pigmented even at the first application.

It really serves its function right? haha!

BROWN

To be honest, I really didn't think that it will make some light shadows on my face because it's a little bit light of a brown. 

It's also near the shade from the Blush.

I thought it won't add something to my face but when it was put on, I was wrong. I think it is because my hand has a different color with my face hahaha!

BLUSH

I'm a fan of any blush on. I really like it as long it matches my face.

The blush is somehow in between with pink and red. It added some bloom on my face.

BLACK

When I was roaming to find the perfect contour kit, I wasn't looking for something that has many shade. Actually I'm just looking for a contour stick which has only a brown shade and a highlighter or a lighter shade. I found one that I somehow like but it is more expensive that this Insta-Runaway Contour Kit. I chose this kit because it already includes a dark/black shade even for a cheap price.

It doesn't make your face dirty as long you apply it to the appropriate areas. It's also effective when the brown shade doesn't make a difference, you can add some touch of this one. 

This are the shades when I applied it to my arm (which is lighter color than my hand haha)

Application to my face:

I'm not that pretty but it emphasized some of my features. I wore it for many hours (6 hrs I think) and it didn't fade that much.

SUMMARY

I would rate this contour kit 4 out of 5.

What I like?

• It is pigmented especially the highlighter.
• Each shade served its function. Just use the perfect brush and apply it to the appropriate areas for each shade and it'll make you feel good of yourself :)
• It is cheap ( only for P 215.00 )
• It can be found anywhere like Watson's, Robinsons supermarket (as long as there is a BOBBIE COSMETICS STALL)

What I don't like?

• The brown shade is not that dark that can fit a morena skin.
• There are ingredients (like Mica) that some people are allergic to.(so it's not hypo-allergenic)     

All-in-all, the product is pretty good especially if you are looking for something cheap that will make a difference(in a good way) to your face.

Cheek and Lip Tint (Bittersweet Magenta) from Edens Paradise Rizal by KJM All-Natural Cosmetics

Nowadays, Cheek and Lip tints are now a trend. Why? this kikay kit must-have makes our lips look naturally pinkish or reddish without that boldness that can be seen in lipsticks.

Busy women usually are fond of these, just a swipe and you're ready to go! But a beautiful and satisfying one is really hard to find.

I found this cheek and lip tint from Edens Paradise Rizal. This is made by KJM all-natural cosmetics.

I was about to buy two different shades of tints but unfortunately, their pinkish tint is already sold out so I just bought one. I chose the BITTERSWEET MAGENTA shade since this is their bestseller.


Let's take a look at the product:



PACKAGING

The packaging looks simple yet sophisticated. It's a 10ml bottle with a gold label.

Some cheek and lip tints have wands or brush but this product can be used by its roll-on. Yes, roll-on same with deodorants. HAHA! This is an advantage since you don't need to look in the mirror most of the time just because you want to re-apply.

APPLICATION:

This is my lips without the tint. So pale and dull:

This is what it looks like WITH the product:

As you notice, it didn't make my lips too red. It made my lips look naturally reddish after just ONE swipe. 

When it comes to cheeks, this is what it looks like:

Just the right amount of color to make your cheeks reddish that looks like you didn't put anything to it.

Things I like about this product:

1. Its All-Natural.

2. Highly-pigmented.

3. Lightweight. 

4. Easy to apply.

5. Looks natural on skin and lips.

So the next time you are looking for a good cheek and lip tint, this is a must-try!
